The Goatling
Our original Goatling - a soft, luscious lactic cheese made with goat's milk and ripened for a minimum of two weeks to produce a delicate wrinkly surface and creamy, mousse-like interior.
Made with pasteurised milk and calf rennet.
Weight 150g.



The Creamy Goatling
Made from the same curd as The Goatling, but packaged fresh and young - a fantastic alternative to cream cheese. Also makes a great dip!
